*House rules at sushi mall*

General rules  1. No liability can be derived from loss or theft of (personal) property.2. Pets are not allowed in the restaurant.3. We ask you to hand in found objects that are not your property to one of the employees. 4. We try to meet everyone's preference with regard to the choice of table, unfortunately this is not always possible. Please understand this.5. We do not accept dinner vouchers or VVV vouchers, but we do have our own gift voucher. 6. Parents are always responsible for their own children, especially outside along the road.7. It is forbidden to smoke inside. If you wish to smoke, it is requested to do so outside. 8. Wasting food and drink is not appreciated by us, so order only what you can actually eat. In order to enforce this rule, the following rates are charged if too much waste is found. With sushi or dessert: € 1,- each and with hot dishes: € 2,- per dish. 9. The last round of drinks starts 15 minutes before your time expires. NB! It is only poured again when all the glasses are empty.

Special house rules


1. Property of our restaurant may not be taken outside/home or moved without consultation; this also includes (remnants of) drinks and food. If damage or destruction is found, you will be held fully liable for repair and/or renewal.

2. Any form of aggression towards guests and staff is prohibited. Annoying and/or offensive behavior will not be tolerated. In short, no unwanted intimacies, no aggression or racism, no annoying behavior and no nuisance for the neighbours.

 

3. You may be refused entry to Sushi Mall restaurant if you are tipsy or intoxicated/you are intoxicated or intoxicated. Of course, the staff estimates whether someone is drunk.

4. No alcoholic drinks are served to tipsy or intoxicated persons who cause nuisance. We will immediately stop pouring alcohol if there is a lot of nuisance and we can deny you access to the restaurant (and if necessary remove you from the restaurant) with immediate effect.

 

5. In accordance with the law, we do not serve alcohol to guests under the age of 18. When in doubt, we will ask for identification.

6. When entering and until leaving our restaurant, we ask that you do not cause excessive noise such as loud talking or yelling or damage or steal the property of third parties.

 

7. You are our guest and you are expected to leave the restaurant tidy. For example, no drinks or food are thrown inside or outside the restaurant and we jointly keep the restaurant clean, both inside and outside the restaurant.

8. Possession, use or trafficking of narcotics is prohibited.



9. It is forbidden to carry weapons in your pocket. If weapons are found, the police are immediately called in.
